All the staff where great and I have never had a room in any hotel of any level where the maid folded clothes, put them away, put the cap back on my razor etc - The facilities provided were excellent. The hotel was close to the Venue RAI Conference centre. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Each floor has a slightly different design, and each space is unique. The best thing about the hotel is the staff. They were exceptionally helpful. Before I arrived I had to request an invoice. Even better after a long day was getting into the Queen size bed which was very comfortable.
