Attentiveness of staff at front desk. Convenience of room - darkening drapes, amenities. I simply needed a room to sleep for a few layover hours between flights, it was very convenient. - The location is excellent, access to the airport by moving walkways rather than another scheduled bus or taxi ride. Weekend discount rate was very appealing.

The room is spacious, well-appointed, and clean. The free wireless internet is the smart thing to do for business travelers - no extra charges, no complicated registration, and everything works. - It was nice that shampoo, conditioner, body soap, body milk were supplied. We arrived early in the morning, and our rooms were not ready, which we expected. The hotel is at 3-5 minutes walk from Metro Station(Station Zuid) and Train Station(Amsterdam zuid), so you will get very fast to the Airport(10 min) and to the city center(20 min)
The rooms are very nice and comfortable.
The hotel is placed in a business zone, so it is very quiet and spacious .
You have lots of places to have breakfast at the metro station, don't buy the hotel one that it is very expensive(23 euro/person). Also, at the hotel you have free coffe/tea maker in the room.
