  I stayed in Hotel Nepalaya for 3 nights before joining tour at Thamel eco resort. My stay at Nepalaya was wonderful! From the moment I walked in to the reception area I found the staff very friendly and with a good sense of humour!(Milan- the manager I'm talking) I was taken to my room(204) and shown around. Shortly after my arrival I got power cu... что говорят » t but I still had a generator working. I went to check the roof top restaurant as it was about dinner time. The young man(Ramesh Dulal) came and intro - Staff are very helpful and knowledgable. They were so friendly that after the first day, I could remember most of them by first name. They sent a taxi at the airport to pick me up even though I forgot to tell them my exact arrival time. Later I found out that theytook the trouble of analyzing where I m comming from and identifying the flight!!! I was completely amazed!!! The manager (Milan) was always there with helpful recomendations on bars, shopping etc. The guy at the reception desk named U

  Friendly staff and good location! I stayed here for one night only. The staff Sujan and Genesh helps me a lot when I arrive. They are soooo friendly and speaks good English. The hotel is located in Thamel area which is a popular shopping area in Kathmandu. Lots of stores around here. The food at the restaurant was excellent, and we loved the atmosphere of the bar - playing Chicago Jazz music! The views are just gorgeous, even if it was a bit too misty - Location is wow. Brilliant views of the mountains. Staff though not always good at speaking English, but helpful. The in house chef offered to make me a sandwich at 12am as I was checking in. I requested an airport pickup and got one. Breakfast was good. Would stay here again.
