This is a big hotel. Located very close to Iidabashi subway station.
Once we figured out the subway - in a day or so - this was very

Considering Japan Style the room space was small but enough .
We don't know about food, because we didn't taste -
Superior king room (24 sq meters) was comfortably furnished, with
excellent bed and pillows. Location is close to Suidobashi jr station,
one of the minor and less crowded lines, just 10 minutes from Shinjuku.
Tokyo Dome and LaQua spa and onsen are just behind the station. Good
service from conceirge who got me a seat at the famous Kyubey restaurant
at Ginza weeks before I arrived.

The hotel staff is very kind and speak English well. We stayed 4 nights with a semi-double room, although room is small, it's OK for Asian.

This was our favourite Hotel during our Japanese trip! Our room (situated ot the 17th floor) was spotlessly clean, equipped with everything we needed and the view was just gorgeous. The staff was really helpful. Tokyo station is reachable by foot (without luggages) accrossing the park, but reachable with metro in 15 minutes using the red and purple (Hanzomon line), the station name is the same (Hanzomon). i will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who's going to stay in tokyo, because
1) it's only 5-10min walk from Kanada JR station, and you can find many small restaurant on the way from kanada jr station to hotel
2) considering only 2 stops from kanada to tokyo jr station, the room size and environment of this hotel is much much much better than the one i tried near tokyo station, this one is much more valuable.

I made reservation for my Japanese parents (in Tokyo for personnal reasons; we live abroad). They told me they had a great week here. The staff was convinient and very kind, and I can tell that when i call them and speak to them trhough, i thought they were very polite and professionnal. They loved the free amenities! I have never had such a good sleep in my entire life! The bed and the pillows were just heavenly. And the curtains didn't let any light in at all so we could sleep in as late as we wanted on our rest days. It was great! The shower was amazing as well. we stayed in 4 hotels throughout our stay and this one was our favourite. I booked a single room, it was quite small (14 sqm). But I think it's the norm in Japan, so it's ok. I stayed there for 3 nights. The room felt clean. Location is excellent, right next to exit A1 of the Nihombashi Metro Line. Superior Double room is good by Japanese standards although obviously expensive in Tokyo city if comparing to other cities that we have been to.

Very respectful, friendly staff, great location near Tokyo Station and Ginza, the hotel is easy to find (you can see yellow and blue sign of the hotel staying at Yaesu Central Entrance of Tokyo Station), nice design of the room's interior, and room is not so small even when you use a wheelchair (if it's not big). I hope, I'll have chance to visit this hotel again.
