This was our favourite Hotel during our Japanese trip! Our room (situated ot the 17th floor) was spotlessly clean, equipped with everything we needed and the view was just gorgeous. The staff was really helpful. Tokyo station is reachable by foot (without luggages) accrossing the park, but reachable with metro in 15 minutes using the red and purple (Hanzomon line), the station name is the same (Hanzomon). The position it's really good if you want to be a tourist but not if you want an holyday "by night" cause it's in a business quarter and cause the metros close at midnight if you want enjoy night attractive it's not in a perfect position but if you want relax for the night and tourism for the day or business loc

Large rooms with kitchenette, very useful as we traveled with our 16-month old son.
Location is great - 20m from subway entrance, and central meaning you get everywhere pretty fast. Akasaka-mitsuke area is only a few minutes walk away with its massive amount of restaurants.
Friendly and helpful staff, rooftop pool, a simple but useful gym, laundry possibilities in the basement - all really good!

Staff generally were nice and helpful. But girl at concierge impressed us most. We arrive on a rainy afternoon and were with our luggage . The girl at concierge saw us from far when we crossed the road from the train station and she went inside to get towels ready for us. She even helped my mother pat her coat and bag dry. Very grateful for her impeccable service.
