A very convenient location....right at the station. When you bet out of the Kagoshima station, the sign that that says JR Kyushu Kagoshima Hotel is written on the station column and the wall....you cannot miss it.

Convenient key card system. Two entrances, one from inside the station and one at the bottom floor on street level where there is a convenience store next door. The location is perfect, within walking distance to the center of the city and if you want to go to the port area (also kind of within walking distance @ 2.5km) it's just one short train stop away. Very clean and well isolated rooms.

Obviously the view of Sakurajima is stunning especially as it was erupting when we were there. However, the hotel is comfortable, the staff are both friendly and helpful, the facilities are good and the value for money is excellent -

This hotel is amazing as was the online deal. My friend and I shared a double bed and we didn't feel too cramped in the room. The onsen on the 13th floor feels luxurious and was extremely clean. The hotel room is simple but clean. The hot spring at the rooftop is the highlight of this hotel. You should try this for sure. It is a very good experience.
Price is cheap and it located in the centre of the city, so you can get to anywhere easily. The airport shuttle stop right in front of the hotel which is so convenience as well.Wifi reception is good. I will recommend this hotel to my friends

Nice n clean environment more than basic. They should price match nearby hotels by offering inclusive of breakfast deal. Breakfast is also good value on its own Y500 -
Helpful staff, they will look after your luggage for you, vending machines, clean rooms. Close to tram line, fairly quiet.

The location is excellent; just round the corner from the station and tourist information office, and an easy walk to Tenmonkan, where the shopping and nightlife is.
And it has great character; lots of wood furnishings, art prints, antique lamps and cabinets full of glassware. -

The internet in the lobby was really slow and actually did not work.
They first said I could rent a laptop for in the room but luckely they
offered it for free after I explained to be quite disapponted about
this service. -

Wonderfully helpful and friendly staff. Good location - right in front
of tram station. Hotel sells airport limousine bus tickets so no need to
worry where to buy or rush to buy. Only 5 min walk to take airport
limousine. Convenient Store right next to Hotel makes it so wonderfully
convenient to get things. The hot spring in the hotel was nice. -

That was my best experience so far in a hotel , the staff is just amazing , always smiling , helping .my single room was more than what I wanted , cleaned everyday. Wifi under request in your room .printer computer and Internet free of charge in the lobby ....
