  A very convenient location....right at the station. When you bet out of the Kagoshima station, the sign that that says JR Kyushu Kagoshima Hotel is written on the station column and the wall....you cannot miss it.   Obviously the view of Sakurajima is stunning especially as it was erupting when we were there. However, the hotel is comfortable, the staff are both friendly and helpful, the facilities are good and the value for money is excellent - The hotel was very nice and very clean, the panorama from the room was very nice in front on Sakurajima island.

  This hotel is amazing as was the online deal. My friend and I shared a double bed and we didn't feel too cramped in the room. The onsen on the 13th floor feels luxurious and was extremely clean. The reception staff were very helpful and answered all my questions in English. The airport shuttle stop right in front of the hotel which is so convenience as well.Wifi reception is good. I will recommend this hotel to my friends

  The internet in the lobby was really slow and actually did not work. They first said I could rent a laptop for in the room but luckely they offered it for free after I explained to be quite disapponted about this service. - Nice staff, god location and ok price.
