  We stayed two nights but wished it was more. Staff, words cannot describe how helpful and friendly. Short walk to beach and great shops. Easy access to bus and train. Would highly recommend staying when you visit Viareggio.. - We were greeted warmly and shown our rooms which were clean and comfortable.   The hotel was very clean, nice and quiet. It's very close to the beach and the promenade of Viareggio. Rooms are very nice and cosy. The atmosphere was like home and the Owner, Ana is a great person! She gives lots of advices if you need, she bakes great cakes which she serves in the morning to the very nice breakfast. The room was beautifully made every morning and was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with lots of choice. I'd recommend staying here to all my friends and family, it's an ideal quiet location, close to the seafront, market and train station.

  Great staff and nice, celan decor. Breakfast each morning was solid. Hotel offered bike rentals, great for the beach town area it's located in.   The location is excellent, the beach and the railway station are about 15 min on foot. Pisa 20 min, La Spezia (then Cinque Terre) 1 hour by train. The room quiet and clean. The room 6 has a big terrace, which is great. Clean, spacious accomodation (though minimalist design might be a little bland for some people). Decent breakfast. I cannot thank the manager too much for the assistance he gave us.   We stayed in Viagreggio as a jumping off point for visits to Pisa, Lucca and Cinque de Terre. The inn keeper was very nice and friendly and helpful to us. Each morning he got us onto the best bus or train for our day. He has good english which was very helpful to us, as we do not have any Italian language skills.
