  We stayed two nights but wished it was more. Staff, words cannot describe how helpful and friendly. Short walk to beach and great shops. Easy access to bus and train.   The hotel was very clean, nice and quiet. It's very close to the beach and the promenade of Viareggio. Rooms are very nice and cosy. The atmosphere was like home and the Owner, Ana is a great person! She gives lots of advices if you need, she bakes great cakes which she serves in the morning to the very nice breakfast. The room was beautifully made every morning and was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with lots of choice. I'd recommend staying here to all my friends and family, it's an ideal quiet location, close to the seafront, market and train station.

Clean, spacious accomodation (though minimalist design might be a little bland for some people). Decent breakfast. I cannot thank the manager too much for the assistance he gave us. Each morning he got us onto the best bus or train for our day. He has good english which was very helpful to us, as we do not have any Italian language skills.
