  Absolutely fantastic location to enjoy the carnival. And Luciano bent over backwards to help us, even getting us tickets for the procession. The rooms were a very good size, spotlessly clean and had a huge balcony with views of the rooftops, a lovely sun trap in the morning. - Great central point for many other areas.   We stayed in Viagreggio as a jumping off point for visits to Pisa, Lucca and Cinque de Terre. The inn keeper was very nice and friendly and helpful to us. Each morning he got us onto the best bus or train for our day. He has good english which was very helpful to us, as we do not have any Italian language skills.   The hotel was very clean, nice and quiet. It's very close to the beach and the promenade of Viareggio. Rooms are very nice and cosy. The atmosphere was like home and the Owner, Ana is a great person! She gives lots of advices if you need, she bakes great cakes which she serves in the morning to the very nice breakfast.
