The hotel map is very helpful, except a few confusing mistakes: 14 is Guggenheim, not Goldoni, 13 is wrong too. Please, review your map. - location was good.   The room is spacious and very clean with excellent facilities. It is located in a very convenient area, which just takes several minutes to central Venice. They also offered breakfast buffet in a dining room which is very nice.   The Hotel is situated along side Lake Garda, where we were able to enjoy beautiful views of the Lake and surrounding mountains. The owners and staff were friendly and always helpful. The food is top quality and the rooms are fairly small but at the same time is value for money. The restaurant on site was very good, we have never had such a big pizza before. A big thank-you - I really liked the place. So calm and tasty! So nice and peaceful. As for the hotel, I would say: it's perfect place to have a rest, for a honeymoon and writing a book. The staff is wonderful: almost nobody speaks English but all of them are very friendly and helpful. And a separate thanks for the restaurant. I have never eaten in the better restaurant than this one in Italy.

Но понравилось то, что, когда мы выразили неудовольство качеством номеров, то нам предложили другой вариант в другом отеле, как мы поняли, принадлежавший этой же компании. И уже этот вариант нас вполне устроил. ... что говорят » - I thought this was the best value for my trip of my entire 2wk stay in Italy. We went in the off season and that probably helped. The location was good, close to the train station and a vaporetto stop. The staff was super helpful too. - very comfortable, well situated, very nice people
