  The hotel staff was very polite and extremely helpful. The hotel room is spacious and grand, quite medieval venetian style. The hotel gardens and the surroundings are fascinating for an early morning stroll. Do eat in the hotel even though it's expensive as their executive chef menu is something to behold. While the downstairs of this duplex room is fairly compact, and the balcony holds only 2 people, we loved it here. The rooms are modern and clean, with a wooden, modern chalet look.
