  Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We loved the room though a little small--the bathroom was elegant and very comfortable. Breakfast was great with many tasty selections. We had an early morning departure flight and were so pleased that our driver, arranged by the staff, was ready at 4:30 AM. I was staying there in May 2013. The hotel is located in the very city center in the beginning of a pedestrian area. It is nice looking, new and super clean. Besides all the neccessary stuff like a bed you can also find in the room a big sofa, new tv, Nespresso coffee machine, minibar, wardrobe, etc. The bathroom is also new and bog enough.

  The hotel is set just outside the historic village of Savoca and is accessed via a narrow roadway along a steep mountain ridge. On arrival we were greeted by Vittoria the hotel's proprietor who offered us a drink and it took a cool glass of prosecco to calm my frayed nerves after threading the car through the narrow path to the hotel. Initially I fe - Borgo San Rocco is a truly magical place. The accommodation is comfortable, clean and we felt at home instantly. The staff and owners are so friendly, and helpful they make you feel a very welcome guest in their beautiful resort that they love as much as we did. The peace and quiet is amazing and the views are just beautiful. To sit on the balcony in the evenings as the sun goes down, listening to the church bells as the swallows swoop into the valley below is just heaven. We loved exploring

  Our host was very lovely and more than happy to help me chase up the airline to try and locate a missing bag. The breakfast was plentiful and the coffee delicious. The location was excellent - very close to Via Roma which led to the train station. Despite being close to main streets the B&B was very quiet. Все супер! - We were made very welcome. The room and villa itself was beautiful, full of antiques, pictures and memorabilia. The view towards Etna was amazing. It was only a 15 minute walk to the beach and seafront restaurants down narrow typical Sicilian streets. There was a frequent local bus service to Taormina for 2.5 Euro return which avoided any parking problems. The stay was very pleasurable indeed. - Beautiful house. Excellent accomodations. It is a private house turned into a BandB, and that should be made clearer in the site. People gave us royal treatment. Could not be any better!
