  Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We loved the room though a little small--the bathroom was elegant and very comfortable. Breakfast was great with many tasty selections. We had an early morning departure flight and were so pleased that our driver, arranged by the staff, was ready at 4:30 AM.   Our host was very lovely and more than happy to help me chase up the airline to try and locate a missing bag. The breakfast was plentiful and the coffee delicious. The location was excellent - very close to Via Roma which led to the train station. Despite being close to main streets the B&B was very quiet.   The hotel is set just outside the historic village of Savoca and is accessed via a narrow roadway along a steep mountain ridge. To sit on the balcony in the evenings as the sun goes down, listening to the church bells as the swallows swoop into the valley below is just heaven. We loved exploring

  We were made very welcome. The room and villa itself was beautiful, full of antiques, pictures and memorabilia. The view towards Etna was amazing. It was only a 15 minute walk to the beach and seafront restaurants down narrow typical Sicilian streets. Excellent accomodations. It is a private house turned into a BandB, and that should be made clearer in the site. People gave us royal treatment. Could not be any better!
