We have just returned from a wonderful stay in Federica's Home. We spent 4 nights in this converted apartment. Federica has transformed the apartment into a very homely, comfortable and modern B&B. I had mentioned in the booking that we would be celebrating an anniversary during our stay in Rome and Federica had left fruit, champagne and chocolates in our room for us upon arrival. really great value for price. We were at the turn of November and December. The room was clean, quiet, cosy and the bathroom was large and comfortable. you didn't have to walk too far for all major attractions or metro
and train stations. The room also looked out over a really nice piazza
with lots going on. The room was on the 5th floor of a lovely building

Lovely, warm staff- Gabriella, Jasmine and especially, Arianna. Brilliant location, 5 minute walk to Termini and access to rail, metro, trams and Airport shuttle. Great security and excellent Wi-Fi. Breakfast, though quite basic, was very welcome. Access to coffee and tea-making facilities in kitchen. -

B&B situated near the railway station Termini and quite close to
the center so you almost don’t face the negative aspects of main
station nearness. It was a bit difficult to find the hotel especially
in the evening as there is no any sign on the door neither on the

We had a fantastic 3 night stay at Enjoy B&B. The location is excellent just 5 minutes walk from both the Termini Rail and Bus Stations. All the major sites of Rome are easily accessible. The accommodation was spotless and Dante was most helpful and welcoming. Once inside there was a calm atmosphere and the air conditioning was most welcome. I would recommend this establishment to anybody wishing to stay in Central Rome.
