We have just returned from a wonderful stay in Federica's Home. We spent 4 nights in this converted apartment. Federica has transformed the apartment into a very homely, comfortable and modern B&B. I had mentioned in the booking that we would be celebrating an anniversary during our stay in Rome and Federica had left fruit, champagne and chocolates in our room for us upon arrival. The room in pristine condition when we arrived early and was completely
renovated with very nice finishes! (For the price we could not believe
how nice it was for $50 euros a night) The room was also very large for

really great value for price. We were at the turn of November and December. The room was clean, quiet, cosy and the bathroom was large and comfortable. you didn't have to walk too far for all major attractions or metro
and train stations. The room also looked out over a really nice piazza

Lovely, warm staff- Gabriella, Jasmine and especially, Arianna. Brilliant location, 5 minute walk to Termini and access to rail, metro, trams and Airport shuttle. Great security and excellent Wi-Fi. Breakfast, though quite basic, was very welcome. Access to coffee and tea-making facilities in kitchen. -

We had a fantastic 3 night stay at Enjoy B&B. The location is excellent just 5 minutes walk from both the Termini Rail and Bus Stations. All the major sites of Rome are easily accessible. The accommodation was spotless and Dante was most helpful and welcoming. Once inside there was a calm atmosphere and the air conditioning was most welcome. I would recommend this establishment to anybody wishing to stay in Central Rome.
