Righ from the start, the customer service was great! Our 2 bedroom/4 beds apartment was located a short walk from Piazza Republica. The apartment was clean, had wi-fi, a kitchen with plenty of utencils to cook if you wanted to. The bathroom was quite modern, the beds were very confortable. Очень хорошее расположение отеля - самый ценрт, близко хорошие магазины, НО в номере было ОЧЕНЬ холодно. батарее включали только ночью, и то они были еле теплые. ночью еще куда ни шло по температуре в номере, а днем ОЧЕНь холодно. как пример - руки настолько замерзли, что не реагировали на сенсорный экран айфона (он работает от пальцев теплых рук).

Location was fabulous and they made me feel like I was home. Very comfortable and friendly. - as already said by others, the location is excellent. and in no particular order: The bed was very comfortable; the staff was welcoming and helpful; coffee was tasty; and even the weather cooperated. we'd stay at Eva's again any time.
