Righ from the start, the customer service was great! Our 2 bedroom/4 beds apartment was located a short walk from Piazza Republica. The apartment was clean, had wi-fi, a kitchen with plenty of utencils to cook if you wanted to. The bathroom was quite modern, the beds were very confortable. We loved everything about Inn Spagna Charming House in Rome, Italy.
Especially the staff, cleanliness and location. Everyone was friendly
