  The staff, especially Costanza, were top notch- providing excellent directions and were wonderfully flexible when we had to change our reservation. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who will be in Florence for more than just a night and wants a comfortable bed and beautiful surroundings. - Very friendly staff and eager to help.   Location...a side street which is a few hundred yards from the Cathedral in one direction and Michelangelo's David (Museum) in the other, within walking distance from the railway station and everything else in central Florence. Friendliness...g - Florence Dream Domus was the best hotel we stayed in during our entire Europe trip. The location is fantastic, the place is quaint, art-deco and very chic, and a word of appreciation is due for the Manager's/ overseer's of the property, Mr. Lorenzo & Ms. Laura. We have never met such helpful, considerate or polite hotel staff ever, even in luxury hotels. They went out of their way to may our stay memorable! We strongly recommend the place.
