  I stayed in the hostel for 9 nights, the staff is very professional, friendly, respectful and helpful, Alina is part of the staff and she gave me great advice on things and people in Florence. Very well located, is a very clean place.   One of the best hostels I've stayed at. Check in was simple, and the people were very kind. It's a huge hostel/hotel so it doesn't have the general "hostel atmosphere" in main areas, but I stayed in a female dorm with 5 other girls, and made instant friends! From a delicious included breakfast, to laundry facilities, free filtered water machine, and hot water for making tea etc - The staff we're nice and obliging. 24 hour reception and no curfew. The rooms were great and kept quite tidy. Bathrooms were kept very clean which was nice. Free wi-fi was awesome. If you want to spend your last day exploring- you can leave your bags at the hotel and pick them up later so you don't have to take them around with you all day.   Location in the very center, close to all points of interest, no need for using public transportation. Comfortable beds and personal wardrobe with locker. Big rooms. - Perfect location with a very nice garden, friendly persons even some of them may not be good at English. Room is nice and big with chest.

A small fridge (room enough for a beer) is available.   Everything is perfect. The location is good, in the central of the city just next to the Bacilica di Santa Maria. It is within ten mind walk to most of the tourist spots in town. But still, it's quiet in the night and allow me with a good sleep. The staff there are extremely helpful and friendly. And the room is clean and organized. The room is really spacious and the dividers are nice to give a little privacy. Because the rooms are spacious, it's not a big problem even if there is a snorer (compared to small bunk bed rooms in other hostels). Bathroom was clean and gets cleaned daily. Great location. The facilities are pretty basic, there's breakfast and computers and tv, that's about it.

  Отличное расположение в центре. Это -гостевой дом, сдаются как комнаты с общей ванной, так и практически изолированные квартиры. Нам повезло, мы стали обладателями двухкомнатной квартирки, окна спальни выходили во двор, поэтому было тихо ( это важно, потому что в центре по узким улицам идут толпы туристов, громко разговаривая до глубокой ночи).
