I will never stay any place else when going to Florence (business or pleasure) - We found the staff at Hotel Balcony extremely helpful and accommodating. The value for our money was great and the location was perfect. Breakfast was simple but very tasty and there was a very nice restaurant next door for lunch or dinner. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

  Centre of Sity - Welcoming and I was grateful to find the staff to be willing and competent English speakers and very accommodating, the hotel was very clean and the location was so close to the airport that I walked there easily in the morning with my pack. Breakfast was great too - Great deal! Excellent breakfast too.

  There is so much to like about this hotel, but the most important reason to stay here are Alba and Tony (sister and brother proprietors). Both were kind and gracious to me - they make their guests feel like their hotel is your home.   Very good location – in a walking distance to the center and piazza Michelangelo. Friendly staff. Not bad breakfast. - it was cheap, clean and very helpfull staff - Good location, calm environment, friendly Front office staff. Good for short stay and not-too-heavy-luggage travellers ;-)
