  I stayed for 4 nights with my Fiancé. The reception Staff are excellent, so helpful and greet you each time you enter the hotel. They advised on the ferry times and good places to visit. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. The room (246) faced the lake. We upgraded to a suite, which was well worth it (for the extra few euros it cost)
