I stayed for 4 nights with my Fiancé. The reception Staff are excellent, so helpful and greet you each time you enter the hotel. They advised on the ferry times and good places to visit. The management and staff were very warm and friendly.The hotel was only about 15 to 20 minutes walk from the station and about the same into Desenzano centre.The room was comfortable and quiet. - Location to motorway and town and access to other areas. Owners extremely helpful when we had problem with car.

the staff were wonderrful, very efficient but also very friendly and nothing was too much trouble, the hotel itself was very clean, the staff were very informative , there was lots of information in reception about places to visit, timetables of trains/buses/boats etc. and anything that wasn,t available the staff would always sort us out. the rooms
