  The staff in this hotel were excellent - friendly, helpful, couteous. In fact as one who stays in lots of hotels they were some of the best I have come across and they need to be commended. That alosne would bring me back but also the view, the location etc is first class.   I booked this hotel based on its proximity to Shannon Airport, price, and complementary breakfast. My husband and I were greeted by its warm ambiance and welcoming staff. Check-in was flawless, and our room was spacious, clean, quiet, and modern. I loved the decor ( the amount of oak, the comfortable rooms) and the welcome sign on the T.V. when I arrived. The food was very good and the Staff were friendly and helpful. As I had a broken ankle, I sincerely appreciated the wheelchair provided and the help and concern I received from the Staff. I enjoyed the Irish breakfast also.

  Beautiful grounds, the view of the cascades, the front of hotel was gorgeous. The spa was fantastic, outdoor hot tub was a real treat. Pool at night time provided a great ambience. Sauna with glass wall again contributed to lovely atmosphere. Lovely service in Thai restaurant and a great meal. Breakfast had great selection also.   The staff were very friendly and efficient. I didnt use the pool but myboyfriend did and he was very pleased with it. The room/bathroom itselfwas very spacious and comfortable.
