  The staff in this hotel were excellent - friendly, helpful, couteous. In fact as one who stays in lots of hotels they were some of the best I have come across and they need to be commended. That alosne would bring me back but also the view, the location etc is first class.   Beautiful grounds, the view of the cascades, the front of hotel was gorgeous. The spa was fantastic, outdoor hot tub was a real treat. Pool at night time provided a great ambience. Sauna with glass wall again contributed to lovely atmosphere. Lovely service in Thai restaurant and a great meal. Breakfast had great selection also.   I booked this hotel based on its proximity to Shannon Airport, price, and complementary breakfast. My husband and I were greeted by its warm ambiance and welcoming staff. Check-in was flawless, and our room was spacious, clean, quiet, and modern. A relaxing evening in Sophie's Lounge and the lovely breakfast the next morning gave us the perfect e... hva folk sier » nding to our Ireland holiday. - The hotel is beautiful. I loved the decor ( the amount of oak, the comfortable rooms) and the welcome sign on the T.V. when I arrived. The food was very good and the Staff were friendly and helpful. As I had a broken ankle, I sincerely appreciated the wheelchair provided and the help and concern I received from the Staff. I enjoyed the Irish breakfast also.

  The staff were very friendly and efficient. I didnt use the pool but myboyfriend did and he was very pleased with it. The room/bathroom itselfwas very spacious and comfortable. Nice restaurant and bar, the latterstays open until 3.00am. - We booke 2 twin rooms and on arrival were given a lovely big suite,it suited our need perfectly for that evenin... hva folk sier » g as we could sit and watch the six nations game in comfort whist having a few drinks together.
