  We stayed here and had a brilliant time, Anung was very helpful and kind. This place is perfect for a family, even though there is no swimming pool you can use the one in the hotel across the road.   I stayed in this homestay in Feb 2013. The owner tells me it is two months old. The owner speaks excellent English and is very friendly and down-to-earth. He taught me how to tie the sarong the Balinese way (with a spiral tail falling in front). The location is excellent; about two minutes walk to the Ubud Palace (where you can watch Balinese danc... что говорят » es at night), Tourist Information Centre and Ubud Market (Pasar Ubud). This is a good starting location to soak in the culture and beauty of Ubud. The - It is a really nice place and I highly recommend it to people who look for a simple and cheap but at the same time nice and clean place. Unique Homestay is very new and clean especially if I compare it to a place for the same price I stayed before in Ubud. The rooms are decorated in a pretty way and there is hot water. Breakfast is nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The owner provided us (always when we needed) with a car for a honest price and friendly English-speaking driver.

It seems like the owner is not trying to make a profit but genuinely just wants everyone to have a nice time and loves engaging with people.
