Friendly staff, excellent location, clean facilities, super welcome and quick service. The hotel is situated about two minutes walk from Khan Market in central New Delhi, which is really good. It also serves as a good starting point for going (by car) to other parts of New Delhi.

We requested a bigger room and we were kindly given one - thanks to the very nice, cheerful and helpful lady who was at the front desk. There was also this guy at the front desk when we checked in and he was pretty grumpy looking and it seems like he's doing us a favour whenever we ask questions. We never saw him smile and we have no idea why this

Silet place relatively to mail bazar and conought place and carol bang. Price about 70usd is ok for this normal hotel if comparing to Delhi prices. If you can afford 70usd instead of 30 at carol bang or main bazar - do it and Delhi will look to you more friendly. Moreover wifi is stable, breakfest is safe) Catch riksa from here and go anywhere. -

I love the uniqueness of the hotel - it didn't feel like a cookie-cutter or formulaic version of a luxury hotel, like so many hotels that belong to chains. It is a hotel with great character and charm. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly also. -

All the staff without exception were extrimely attentive and polite. All questions were answered and all requests met. Location was so good for getting around Delhi. Could walk to may locations--or one block from metro station--or take a motorized rickshaw from just outside the gate. Coming back to the hotel was like coming into a refuge--quiet and calm. Also, the breakfast was wonderful and lasted thur dinner!
