We requested a bigger room and we were kindly given one - thanks to the very nice, cheerful and helpful lady who was at the front desk. There was also this guy at the front desk when we checked in and he was pretty grumpy looking and it seems like he's doing us a favour whenever we ask questions. We never saw him smile and we have no idea why this

We had a nice and modern room. The included breakfast was very tasty,
thank you! On the roof of the hotel there was a shared balcony with a
city views and tables - very nice place to be when the day is over)
Staff was really helpful, responsive and kind. Right in the front of the
hotel we've met Shiva from perfecttaxiservice.com, who showed us
most of city attractions - temples, parks, restaurants, market places.

Silet place relatively to mail bazar and conought place and carol bang. Price about 70usd is ok for this normal hotel if comparing to Delhi prices. If you can afford 70usd instead of 30 at carol bang or main bazar - do it and Delhi will look to you more friendly. I love the uniqueness of the hotel - it didn't feel like a cookie-cutter or formulaic version of a luxury hotel, like so many hotels that belong to chains. It is a hotel with great character and charm. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly also. -

All the staff without exception were extrimely attentive and polite. All questions were answered and all requests met. Despite not so oppulent external appearance, the entire hotel's interior was magical, enstilling harmony and peace. Very comfortable rooms and a good choice of restaurants. Location was so good for getting around Delhi. Could walk to may locations--or one block from metro station--or take a motorized rickshaw from just outside the gate. Coming back to the hotel was like coming into a refuge--quiet and calm. Also, the breakfast was wonderful and lasted thur dinner!
