  Breakfast was good, the bed comfy & location is desirable for those like us who enjoying being off the beaten path. Despite the weather being wet we still could see the lake.   The hotel is quite new. It has a beautiful outdoor pool, with patio tables, chairs and lounge chairs. Grassy area around pool. Indoor hot tubs and sauna. Only complaint would be the air conditioning was unable to deal with the heat load.   This is a simple guest house but a very good one with excellent facilities for the money. The villa is a 10-minute walk down to the lakeside and the walk itself is very pleasant. The owners were delightful, friendly but also knew to leave us to do our own thing. They were also very accommodating in terms of any requests we had. Balaton is great place to visit. - staff was very nice and helpfull, pension is clean and quite private, they have restorant and pool. it's 10min walk from city center.

  Bella Villa is a lovely place to stay. Someone picked us up from the airport and took us straight there, was no hassle at all. The staff were very friendly and helpful and told us where to go and what to avoid. The location is great, minutes from the lake and all the bars and restaurants.   Room was a bit dated with the furniture. But we've got a apartment of two rooms for the regular double bed room, which was unexpected. Very polite host Mrs. Elizabeth, very friendly and polite stuff. MORE than a beautifull garden, 20 acres at least. Peacefull, birds singing, lovely!
