  What was there not to like ? We were greeted, cared and catered for in a first class manner, by the professional and friendly staff at the Hotel. The food, which we had read so much about was superb - I have never eaten such delicious duck, ever. Breakfast was delicious and we were offered cooked eggs and bacon, as well as a buffet. Only complaint would be the air conditioning was unable to deal with the heat load.   Exceptional hospitality~the staff/owner is very happy to help the guests E.G. provide professional advices & useful information regarding the trip in Hungary. When I arrived the place and could not exchange money in the local bank, they lent me money so that I could go to the other place to have money exchange. She let us do laundry, gave us apples from the tree and cinnamon and sugar to cook them with, and let us use another apartment's fridge as when we visited it was 43 degrees and the fridge's motor would have made the room even hotter. On arrival we were given the choice of rooms considering the heat and stairs. This was very much appreciated! A big thank you. The owner came by the same evening trying to resolve our issue, as it was Sunday evening with a blizzard outside her IT technician was unable to fix the issue until the next day. In the meanwhile she offered us to keep the existing room and get an additional free room, to use as a study, where the Wi-Fi coverage was better. In general they’ve been very helpful and made our st
