  What was there not to like ? We were greeted, cared and catered for in a first class manner, by the professional and friendly staff at the Hotel. The food, which we had read so much about was superb - I have never eaten such delicious duck, ever. Breakfast was delicious and we were offered cooked eggs and bacon, as well as a buffet.   The location was perfect: a short walk from the bus station (even shorter if you go through the shopping arcade) and a very short walk from all the tourist attractions and restaurants. The apartment was a very good size and well-equipped with washing machine and dishwasher as well as cooking facilities and fridge. When I arrived the place and could not exchange money in the local bank, they lent me money so that I could go to the other place to have money exchange.   Staff are excellent, rooms extremely clean and spacious, breakfast was huge, fresh and a enormous choice served by attentive staff, wifi working perfectly. On arrival we were given the choice of rooms considering the heat and stairs. This was very much appreciated! A big thank you. A great location and the walk down hill to the centre of town was good exercise- especially retur - On our first day (Sunday) we had Wi-Fi issues in our room, which was quite a big deal (we needed it for the conference). The owner came by the same evening trying to resolve our issue, as it was Sunday evening with a blizzard outside her IT technician was unable to fix the issue until the next day. In the meanwhile she offered us to keep the existing room and get an additional free room, to use as a study, where the Wi-Fi coverage was better. In general they’ve been very helpful and made our st
