We were upgraded to Presidential level and we were so pleased. our room was amazing and our overall stay in the hotel could not be faulted. - Free tea, coffee and hot chocolate delivered to our room anytime.

Almost everything about this hotel is fantastic. Very smart rooms with
ultra modern decor. Bathroom open plan with room but toilet does have
sliding door for privacy. Shower is great with multiple modes and no
problems with going hot or cold. Bed is comfy with separate single
duvets. Duvets and pillows are down but not a problem for my feather

I received a great welcome when I arrived and the staff were very helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. The room was functional, but contemporary in design with a huge bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Conveniently located for Messe Berlin and very central for getting around.
