  Beautiful hotel with great design and view over the railway, best location next to fantastic restaurants, bars, shops and were able to find a parking spot just outside every night. The reception personnel were ok, the girls at the breakfast buffet (which was fantastic) were very polite and helpful - they surely deserved the tip. We are definitely coming back to Berlin and to this hote - Awesome staff especially front desk! Isabelle was very helpful. Rooms size was perfect with comfortable King bed. RainShower was so relaxing as well as Sauna on lower level. Since it was snowing the days I was there the lobby fire pit was great. Location awesome to get anywhere with the S-Bhangra only a block away. Several great local restaurants. Go to Berlin for ITB every year and already looking forward to return visit.

  Enough places around the hotel to grab a snack, breakfast, coffee or a good german weisner. The hotel does not have reception but there is friendly staff around to help you. Late check in was not a problem, until 24:00. Coffee (nespresso 3 cups) was indeed available in the room and was refilled every morning.   This is one of the best 3* hotels I've ever been to. Staff was VERY friendly. Room was clean and spacious (no. 7). Breakfast was delicious with variety of food to choose from. Localization is perfect - quite with lots of small restaurants at Savigny Platz and just a 2 minute walk to S-bahn station. She was so kind when we unexpectedly arrived early, and she helped store our bags until a room could be prepared for us. Her recommendations for restaurants and shopping were perfect every time.   Very , very clean rooms. Very quiet , in first night we were thinking that we are only guests in the hotel. In the hotel you fell like at home. Very good location. Breakfast room is small like one rooms size. Breakfast choice is excellent. I advise everybody this hotel.
