  I appreciated very much the kindness of the Landlady Miss Sybille who went out of her way in order to be helpful. She gave me all the information I needed in order to move around Berlin and the last morning of my stay she even cooked a 'personalised' breakfast for me. The U-Bahn station Ernst Reuter Platz is about 300 metres away. Absolu - This must be the friendliest & best value for money pension in Berlin. Ideally situated for a city break, close to Tegel airport & just 20 mins on the underground to the city centre. The host is very friendly & attentive & spent a great deal of time helping me plan my visit & sightseeing. Breakfast was superb. If I ever visit Berlin again, this would be the place I would stay!

Late check in was not a problem, until 24:00. Coffee (nespresso 3 cups) was indeed available in the room and was refilled every morning.   Clean and modern room, in walking distance from Savigny Platz, which is a big advantage as it took us just a 30 min to get to Potsdam (direct line), great location in terms of shops, Tegel Airport (less than 20 min by a taxi), subway. Very friendly staff!
