Room was spacious, yet cozy with all the comforts of home. As advertised, the hotel was situated directly on the Ku'Damm close to the U-Bahn station/bus route. Free public parking when available. Excellent breakfast with staff that catered to your wishes, i.e. eggs prepared to order. The hotel was so nice we wished we could have spent more time

Абсолютно недружественный, а, порой, враждебный персонал - Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was great size and hotel is in fantastic location on Ku'damm, near trains, shops and great restaurants. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel location is great and well positioned for the City Tour bus, and the railway station and for many fine restaurants and bars. - Central location, modern ambiente, very convinient set up, helpful people, all in all I have not missed anything.

Great location to start a day of sightseeing. Close to Zoo station and shopping area, but thanks to soundproof windows quiet at night. Beautiful decorated room and an amazing "rain-shower". -
The reception staff were excellent, we loved being offered a hot towel on our arrival. They cheerfully greeted us every time we came and went.

Мое пребывание было оч кратким - 1 ночь, мне понравилось все, чуть больше по площади ожидала номер, согласно описанию, но на 1-2 чел вполне достаточно, с доп кроватью, я бы не рекомендовала. - I like this hotel so much and when I come to Berlin I stay only Concorde

I received a great welcome when I arrived and the staff were very helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. The hotel has all the facilities I needed (in-room wifi, room service, taxi call service, etc) and met my expectations. The room was functional, but contemporary in design with a huge bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Conveniently located for Messe Berlin and very central for getting around.

Beautiful contemporary design. The breakfast buffet provided very good food. The room was spotless. The swimming pool is part of the rehab center and a real find if you want to swim laps. Because this hotel is really part of a hospital, it is rather unconventional. But it is spotlessly clean, and clinically run! The swimming pool doubles as a therapy pool for patients, so may not always be available, but it too was spotlessly clean, and I loved having it. Generous breakfast buffet was included in our special deal, and was good. Car parking was free and plentiful.
