отель четко соответствует критерию цена-качество. у нас был заказан джуниор сьют по каким то причинам этого номера в наличии не оказалось и нам сделали абгрейд на сьют без всяких разговоров. у друзей был классический дабл, тоже очень достойно. могу всем рекомендовать этот отель. месторасположение неплохое - посредине от всех достопримечательностей

Very service minded staff! Nice and comfortable room and an excellent breakfast. Great Service! We received and upgraded room with access already at 8.30 in the morning! Fine pool and sauna facility. Nice work out room. Great design and comfort and lovely situated in a nice and quiet area with the park & zoo just outside. We had a fantastic stay and warmly would reccommend to others.

I received a great welcome when I arrived and the staff were very helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. The hotel has all the facilities I needed (in-room wifi, room service, taxi call service, etc) and met my expectations. The room was functional, but contemporary in design with a huge bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Conveniently located for Messe Berlin and very central for getting around.
