Close to train station so it's easy to hop on and off to nearby attractions - Friendly and straightforward staff. Pretty good breakfast. Better still, breakfast and wifi were included in the price.   I think it is a new hotel, so everything is clean and modern and good. The room is not very big, not it does not feel crowded probably because I am living alone.
