  Very friendly and helpful. Even though I arrived at 11 pm. the monthly TV guide in the room was open at the right page... this suggests an attention to detail which was confirmed throughout. - Close to the train station and street cars. Nice size room and staff was great.

We haven't used the free transportation tickets, because city centre is rather small, but option itself is appreciated.
