  Staff were friendly and very helpful, the rooms were spotless, the hotel was in a perfect location, I will definitely stay there again when I go to Berlin - Very central hotel, lovely breakfast, old-fashioned room, but clean.

  This is one of the high end hotels that one cannot easily find any faults. To me, H 10 had exceeded the 4 star rating. If you are looking a belin hotel that is value for money, H10 is the top choice. Rooms on the 5th floor were silent and spacious, as were the bathrooms (with all amenities provided). Beds could be a softer though. Food, banks anything you need literally at your finger tips. I didn't expect it to be this good. Rooms were fantastic. Very clean and modern. Safe provided. Sun blinds are electric. (You will see what I mean by that) Very quiet nights. Buffet breakfast was fantastic. Staff were always on top of things.

  This is my most favorite hotel that I have stayed in during my 2 month trip through Europe. The price was definetly affordable for the accomodations, the staff was incredibly helpful and I really couldn't of asked for a better room.
