  Neat Hotel, clean, kind reception, the receptionist carried my GF's bag. The breakfast is above average. The restaurant need to be reserved in advance (which is a good sign!). We have been happy of this hotel and will come back again in case we decide to pay another visit to Heidelberg.   Friendly and helpful staff. Sound isolation of the rooms is very good. Rooms are new, modern and very clean. The hotel is situated in a quiet residential area in a suburb of Heidelberg. The city centre of Heidelberg can be reached by tram in about 10 minutes. The place was very well organised. Clean. WC and shower directly from the room! First class!
