  Neat Hotel, clean, kind reception, the receptionist carried my GF's bag. The breakfast is above average. The restaurant need to be reserved in advance (which is a good sign!). We have been happy of this hotel and will come back again in case we decide to pay another visit to Heidelberg.   Everything about this hotel is excellent from the building to the staff who were extremely pleasant and helpful.   Friendly and helpful staff. Sound isolation of the rooms is very good. Rooms are new, modern and very clean. The hotel is situated in a quiet residential area in a suburb of Heidelberg. The city centre of Heidelberg can be reached by tram in about 10 minutes.   When I had the sightseeing in the down town,I found my Visa card lost!!!!In that moment,I'm really nervous,I went back to the hostel,I can't believe I would get my card back from the front desk,I think they are very friendly and professional because they keep my card!!!!I felt super thankful to the clew,and the room is clean and bid,so I think the... hva folk sier » price is reasonable and acceptable,the breakfast also is really good,this hostel is suitable for everyone!! - I was very well met at the desk when I arrived. The place was very well organised. Clean. WC and shower directly from the room! First class! I was only there a night while I was at a conferens in town, so I had no need nor time to use all the facilities.
