  The entire staff always had a smile and was willing to help us with any questions we had. Whether it was about the hotel or a location we were going to..Being from the USA, and out of the country for the first time, not knowing about Germany, or locations they always made sure we were confident by time we walked out side. The staff was very helpful... что говорят » and made us feel right at home.... - Very confortable and quiet room with a view on the parc. we were able to have the Spa just for the two of us from 19.30 to 22.00 as no one was there at this time. Very professional staff.

  On the website it says check in is at 3pm but we arrived at 11:30am and they promptly checked us in. There was a mix up with our reservation, they couldn't find it, but it turned out that it had be put in the wrong pile of papers and after that things were great. Free internet in the lobby and room service till 11pm, and they even have a 24hr men... что говорят » u that has a few good dishes on it. - Wonderful, spacious rooms with shower, bath, and separate toilet. Possibly the best breakfast we've seen in (many) hotel visits. Great staff, and perfectly located in Aachen.

  A lovely hotel, chocolates at the reception desk as soon as you say hello. Free fruit and water in the rooms. Room on the bigger side, v nicely decorated. Fab shower. Breakfast v good and prepared with care. Slight language barrier with the lady preparing the eggs. I managed a hard boiled egg whereas the next ones to arrive got scrambled eggs and ... что говорят » bacon! Breakfast was lovely prepared and presented though with huge choice. Excellent location esp if arriving by train, excellent map provided. Aache - excellent staff, very good location, elegant but also practical interior. Very good breakfast and I like that it was optional (and one could decide to have - and pay for it - breakfast every morning, after checking the time budget, which is unique!). I decided to book already this hotel for the stay during the next year conference!

  The owner picked us up from the train station and brought us to the apartment, showing us round before leaving which was a nice touch. The apartment was perfect for a couple to share, everything was provided for (tea/coffee etc) as well as comfortable seating and beds. - Efficient, friendly, spotlessly clean. It was possible to book breakfast, but we didn't realise in time.

The reception staff were pleasant and helpful. A big plus for us was being 2 blocks from the train station.
