Parking adequate, but unsecured. - Very well equipped room with comfortable bed, good bathroom and cooking facilities. Nice big room, good chairs, free wi-fi worked well. Complimentary drinks and fruit. Breakfast very good. 2 mile easy walk into Aachen or take No 25 bus. Vaals is 5 minutes away for No 50 bus to Maastricht. Owners very nice and helpful. Would return if in Aachen and highly recommend it.

  On the website it says check in is at 3pm but we arrived at 11:30am and they promptly checked us in. There was a mix up with our reservation, they couldn't find it, but it turned out that it had be put in the wrong pile of papers and after that things were great. Possibly the best breakfast we've seen in (many) hotel visits. Great staff, and perfectly located in Aachen.

Whether it was about the hotel or a location we were going to..Being from the USA, and out of the country for the first time, not knowing about Germany, or locations they always made sure we were confident by time we walked out side.   We went to see the Cathedral and the surrounding area. Very nice and walking distance from the hotel. The staff was friendly and allowed us to keep our luggages in a locked and secured room with tags on it. The room is small but we only stayed there to sleep. We were gone the whole day.
