The simple box design of the hotel makes it look very austere, but once inside it's very nice, rooms are large and very comfortable. Breakfast is good, and the restaurant area is pleasant. Plenty of onsite secure parking. Great hotel for the traveller, but not one for charm and atmosphere. This was a bit out of the way, but if coming off the A34 it's easy to find being right on a hill and backing to the motorway. It is new and well appointed, good shower, comfortable beds, air con. The gentleman on the desk at the weekend was excellent, spoke good English and very helpful.

The hotel is located on a small estate of light industrial units, so it's not the most attractive of locations, but it commands a view over Reims, and the city is very easy to reach in just a few minutes. Reception closes in the evening, and the self registration process probably works okay if you have been given the right code number to access the electronic gate, but we were not! We came across other's who had experienced the same problem. This really needs sorting!. Resteraunt is closed Friday through Sunday. No others nearby, within walking distance. Need a car. Not very close to the city centre, would need a car or taxi. No English channels on tv.Needed longitude and latitude (provided by letsbookhotel.com) to find hotel as satnav did not recognise street address and would have been hard to find on industrial site location. Having to leave!. 100% see through gauze type "curtains". Absolutely no blocking out of the sun. So unless you like waking up at the crack of dawn (5:30am sunrise in June), you'd better stay elsewhere. Thankfully we had some blankets in the car which we tied to the curtain rod which dimmed the room well enough for us to get some sleep. Nothing!. The hotel is too far away from the city centre to explore. You need a car to drive in, although our main reason for staying at the hotel was for a comfortable hotel and good food, which the hotel delivered. Not an attractive location. There restaurant is not open Friday Saturday or Sunday. No bus at weekends (well, limited) No character. If you're looking for a place that is convenient to downtown, this isn't it. We were 7.9km from Rheims city centre. nothing. PS: we di not find the windows blinds, they are electrical... nice!. The computerised late night entry system caused me some issues and, if I hadn't got a torch to see where to put my credit card I'd have been in real trouble! nevertheless we would definitely stay again. Restaurant is only open for dinner Monday - Thursday and as it is an out of town location choice is limited. I did find a good grill not far away as recommended by the Manager. The area was definitely not one where i felt you could walk after dinner, industrial. Location a bit isolated. Only a small thing: Arrived 20:15. Self check in was a little confusing as visa card keypad didn't have colour coded keys and were French so trial and error to find what would have been the green(enter) button. could not figure out how to work the air-con but could not be bothered to ask as I was not there long. Location for walking into Reims (on motorway) Buffet dinner. Too far from the city, no coffee/tea facilities. Did not realise restaurant would be closed on a Sunday. It is a little differnt to look for the hotel. Seemed very under staffed. The air-con function light in the ceiling was flashing all night and the room TV standby light was very bright(covered it with a towel to dim it). Restaurant not open and nearest eateries are a car journey away. We wouldn't have booked if we had known. The air con was not operating and the temp in each room was a steady 24 degrees. Coffee in the breakfast room was Nescafé instant. No dedicated bar area. Expensive for what it is. Far from city (of Reims, 10 min by car). The environment of the hotel is not inspiring. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. A little ways out of Reims. No good for anyone without car. Chemical odour from corridor flooring, very strong. Not close to town, so vehicle needed. It is not in the downtown, but it is ok if you are traveling by car. Took some finding. Also restaurant not open every day. Compared to other places not the best economy You really need to have a car. No restaurant or bar at the weekends. Restaurant more like a cheap self service cafe, basic uncomfortable furniture.
