This property is very unassuming from the outside but then you walk in to this magnificent and very beautiful residence. Veronique welcomed us into her beautiful home with a beer. The room was large, tastefully decorated, and clean, with everything you could need. The location is excellent, close to the port and motorway, and easily found with shops, bars and restaurants nearby. The beach is just minutes away, and there is plenty of free on street parking.
Our host recommended a great restaurant on the front and even made the reservation for us. We had a lovely meal for about 60 euro.

The location was brilliant, on a quiet street close to the pedestrian centre of Lille.
It is a 4 guest room B&B in a 140 year old town house - but what rooms and what a house. The décor was faultless and the standard of cleanliness up with the best we have ever encountered - anywhere!

Our stay at La Maison was all and more than we expected. Much has already been said by others- but this B and B is very special. Luxurious, spacious, spotlessly clean, and the owners and hosts look after every need. Breakfasts were generous and filling- you wont really need lunch! We were picked up from the station in Denis' London cab- and from that moment we were offered the highest standard of service and care. Thankyou Maison- we loved our stay. This was our second stay at Bienvenue Chez Nous and was as good as the first. Conveniently situated a hundred yards to the main square of Bergues with its bars and restaurants. We were greeted with a warm welcome by an English speaking host. The Farm was very easy to find with the sat nav coordinates.
The family room was spacious and nicely decorated, with a separate lounge area and we were encouraged to make use of the kitchen facilities to make hot drinks.
Cambrai is a 15 minute drive away for dinner, but easy to find and well worth the trip.
Breakfast was tasty and plentiful.
Nothing was too much trouble and we would have no hesitation in staying here again.

The apartment was big, nicely decorated and very comfortable. It is well located, close to supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and also to most of tourist attractions in the city. Our hosts were very kind. We liked the place very much and we highly recommend it.

We returned to the wonderful best Western Why for a night to attend the Lille Braderie. The guy who dealt with us on reception was very very kind and efficient.
This hotel is a little gem....modern, chic, perfectly placed for the centre of town.
Room was stunning, new, fresh and very trendy. High quality cosmetics in the bathroom. Nespresso machine with genuine cartridges. Free mini bar. It really couldn't get any better. If you have chance book a lunchtime meal, the chef is clearly very good. I will definitely return!
