A wonderful, elegant guest house in the historic countryside of Normandy. Just a couple miles from Ste. Mere Eglise. Our hosts were wonderful, as was Genevieve, who prepared a fabulous dinner for us one night. Very quiet location, and beautiful grounds. -

Chateau du Rozel sits in a tiny village on a windswept peninsula. It
feels like stepping back in time, staying in your own castle. Lovely
grounds, hot water, updated bathrooms, fantastic breakfast with homemade
jams from the garden. The nearby countryside & beaches were
gorgeous. Staff has passable English skills. Best part of all: not
touristy! Very authentic.

Beautiful location for a unique hotel.great staff and facility wouldhave liked to have stayed longer than 2 nights. Very intimate for beingassociated with a chain. Much like a bandb but with the privacy of an inn. - location, decor, comfort, friendliness of proprietor and staff, excellent breakfast. Full marks!

I wish we would have stayed there longer. Great little town with friendly people and fantastic food. - A lovely hotel in a quitessentially French location. The surrounds were absolutely beautiful and village shops and cafes within an easy walk.

Clean, comfortable and convenient. Great location with free shuttle bus to the Mont every 10 min stopping just opposite. Quiet and good value. We had a room for 4 with 2 twin beds on an upper level and w dbl on ground. Nice clean bathroom. Great formula. -

absolutely brill. lovely setting and so peaceful,gardens were landscaped with 2 pools.the owners were so polite and charming just made our stay so pleasant, great breakfast great restaurant.very romantic just see the rooms. -

Perfect position with stunning views by a quiet and perfect boating quay with a long walk along the quay then straight to the local shops. Polite and helpfull staff and good continental breakfast. Plenty of choice of restaurants on the quay, though the hotel's own is fine also. The area around the hotel is better than the photos below show -

I booked this hotel because I wanted to stay on Le Mont Saint Michel for the night and it was quite affordable. I was not disappointed. The atmosphere was extremely pleasant, even with a 2.5 power outage over most of Le Mont that evening. It made it feel even more authentic.

It was interesting staying right on Mont St Michel and this hotel is a good value and very easy to find. They have a very nice restaurant however we did not eat there as it didn't open until 7:00 PM and we were tired and hungry before that. There are many eating options from sandwiches to high end restaurants. However, the inexpensive ones closed early (it is November). Don't expect a fancy room. The one we had (a triple) was a bit cramped but one on the floor below us seemed quite a bit b
