We had not stayed at the Premiere Class chain before. It is basic but adequate, with parking (unsecured) on site. Staff was pleasant and helpful, especially the young man who ran my suitcase up three flights of stairs. The location was perfect for a quick visit to Rouen. Looking out my window at a Gothic building was very atmospheric.

but very little English spoken. It was charming, clean & had a very
sweet lobby and courtyard. Great deal for the price. Breakfast was good
- croissants, bread, jam, coffee, yogurt - 7.5 euro which is a little

It is a nice hotel in a quiet area of the city yet very close to means of transportation, rooms are clean, wide and comfortable and the staff is very nice and welcoming, I highly recommend it - Wecoming attitude, helpful staff, cleanliness, light and airy room,central position, comfotable bed.

nothing was too much trouble - Easy to find and well located. Nearer to the centre than it appears. Good secure parking and no traffic noise in rooms.
