We had not stayed at the Premiere Class chain before. It is basic but adequate, with parking (unsecured) on site. The hotel is right across the street from the light rail line that goes to Rouen in about 10 minutes. We walked into Rouen once, taking about 40 minutes for the walk. Staff was pleasant and helpful, especially the young man who ran my suitcase up three flights of stairs. The location was perfect for a quick visit to Rouen. Looking out my window at a Gothic building was very atmospheric.

Impressive from the outside and even better within with friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful bar / sitting area with a range of art to look at. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely en-suite. The spa facilities were spotless & there's a lovely pool area. The old city is literally on the doorstep waiting to be explored -

Loved the location & the staff was very, very nice & helpful,
but very little English spoken. It was charming, clean & had a very
sweet lobby and courtyard. Great deal for the price. Breakfast was good
- croissants, bread, jam, coffee, yogurt - 7.5 euro which is a little
expensive, but normal compared to other hotels in France. -

It is a nice hotel in a quiet area of the city yet very close to means of transportation, rooms are clean, wide and comfortable and the staff is very nice and welcoming, I highly recommend it - Wecoming attitude, helpful staff, cleanliness, light and airy room,central position, comfotable bed.
