We had not stayed at the Premiere Class chain before. It is basic but adequate, with parking (unsecured) on site. The hotel is right across the street from the light rail line that goes to Rouen in about 10 minutes. We walked into Rouen once, taking about 40 minutes for the walk. I loved that it was so central. We were also able to park behind the hotel. The staff are friendly and courteous, and the rooms comfortable and clean.I also realised that the price from your website is very much less than we would have paid at the hotel itself. - This is an ideal situation in Rouen. The underground car parking is a boon.

Staff was pleasant and helpful, especially the young man who ran my suitcase up three flights of stairs. The location was perfect for a quick visit to Rouen. Looking out my window at a Gothic building was very atmospheric.

Impressive from the outside and even better within with friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful bar / sitting area with a range of art to look at. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely en-suite. The spa facilities were spotless & there's a lovely pool area. The old city is literally on the doorstep waiting to be explored -

It is a nice hotel in a quiet area of the city yet very close to means of transportation, rooms are clean, wide and comfortable and the staff is very nice and welcoming, I highly recommend it - Wecoming attitude, helpful staff, cleanliness, light and airy room,central position, comfotable bed.
