  Reception was very friendly and extremely helpful. All queries - also tourist information - were attended to very well. Facilities are very clean. Space is limited in the room, but did not bother.   After reading some reviews, I was a bit sceptical about this hotel. But after staying there for 3 nights, I should say I did enjoy my stay here. Simple, no frills hotel. The guy at the reception was friendly and speaks English well. Really helpful guy, didn't manage to catch his name though.   Helpful staff - This room was immaculate in terms of cleanliness, basic but fully functional furniture, excellent location. A very old building and my room had character. Plenty of lighting and the bed was very comfortable.

The hotel was open 24hrs a day. It looked very attractive from the outside. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
